We do not believe in pressure sales, and like our buyers to be at ease so that they may choose the correct timeshare for their circumstances. All sales documentation is handled for us by a professional company, who are very experienced in this field, and all monies paid in by buyers are held in a Trust A/c. This A/c is properly registered as per the Estate Agency Affairs Board, and is covered by Fidelity insurance.
The monies are held until the transfer has been completed, and only when confirmed to us in writing, is it paid to the seller. This is to protect the buyer from any fraudulent seller.
